LiveStrong® at the YMCA is back! LiveStrong® at the YMCA helps adult cancer survivors reclaim their health and well-being. 

Join us for a free 12-week program where survivors increase their strength, promote physical activity and improve mental health in a supportive peer community. Metuchen's program will be held on Mondays & Wednesdays, beginning on February 13, from 11 A.M. to 12:15 P.M.

• Adult Cancer Survivor
• Signed Consent Form
• In-Person Assessment at the Beginning and End of the Program
• Medical Clearance from Physician
