LiveStrong® at the YMCA is back! LiveStrong® at the YMCA helps adult cancer survivors reclaim their health and well-being.
Join us for a free 12-week program where survivors increase their strength, promote physical activity and improve mental health in a supportive peer community.

Requirements to Join:
- Adult Cancer Survivor
- Signed Consent Form
- In-Person Assessment at the Beginning and End of the Program
- Medical Clearance from Physician
