The YMCA of MEWSA is participating in a nationwide membership satisfaction survey through our survey partner, SEER Analytics.  This survey is sent to all members and helps the YMCA to implement changes to our programs and upgrade to our facilities based on the member’s feedback.  Survey results will be measured against a national average to calculate medians and averages for retention rates, market penetration rates, presentation/interview conversions and other key measures.  By measuring our data to other Y’s, it allows us to put our data in perspective and is a valuable part of data analysis.
