Edison Community Campus Launching On-Site Physical Therapy Services

The Jewish Community Center of Middlesex County (JCC) and the YMCA of Metuchen, Edison, Woodbridge & South Amboy are bringing on-site rehabilitation services to members and the greater community.

Through a newly announced partnership, Attain Physical Therapy will provide comprehensive physical and occupational therapy at the JCC/YMCA Community Campus in Edison.

According to Attain, its team of experts will develop personalized treatment plans addressing a range of needs, such as injury recovery, mobility challenges and ongoing wellness support.

Considered a national leader in rehabilitation, Attain delivers innovative physical, occupational and speech therapy services through a patient-centric approach. Along with operating facilities in Belmar, Berkeley Heights and Fairfield, Attain has two offices in Florida. The Shrewsbury-based company also partners with senior housing communities and outpatient locations.

Attain founder Matt Cifelli said, “We are thrilled to collaborate with such respected organizations and look forward to contributing to the health and vitality of their members and the greater community.”

He went on to say Attain’s focus “complements the organization’s mission to promote a healthy spirit, mind, and body for all” and that partnering with the JCC/YMCA Community Campus “allows us to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services directly within the community.”

The collaboration comes as the JCC and YMCA continue to evolve and expand to meet the needs of the community. For more than 20 years, the organizations have worked collaboratively to offer cutting-edge programs in health, wellness, education and cultural enrichment.

Lindsay Norman, director of special projects & initiatives for the JCC, said, “We are excited to embark on this partnership with Attain, which will allow us to enhance further the health and wellness resources available to our members. By providing on-site rehabilitation services, we are helping our members recover, stay active and live healthier lives.”

Andrew Magnuson, Edison YMCA Director of Operations, continues, “We are truly grateful to have Attain join our community. On-site physical therapy allows our members to support their health and wellness journies in one location. It has never been easier to build healthy bodies, minds and spirits than now.”

Attain is offering Q&A sessions for Community Campus members on October 16 and 23 from 10 A.M. - 1 P.M.
