New to our personal training program? This is a one-time deal for our members that are new to personal training with us. Purchase a total of three hours of personal training to be used within a month from date of purchase for only $99!


PT 2 YMCA

PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING

Work one-on-one with your personal trainer who will develop and lead you through supervised workouts tailored to help maximize your fitness. 


PT 3 YMCA

DUAL PERSONAL TRAINING

A certified personal trainer will work with you and a partner simultaneously. Both partners will take turns training and spotting with emphasis on education and technique. 


PT 4 YMCA

FLEXIBLE TRAINING

For those who need more flexibility! We offer Individual Personal Training packages of either ten 60-minute sessions or ten 30-minute sessions that can be used at any time within six months of purchase.
