GARY'S APPROACH

Fitness has always been a part of my life and it started at an early age.  I played as many sports as I could while growing up.  I have been focused on helping people change their lives through fitness for the past 20 years.  My passion is to help people tap into their true potential.  As a personal trainer, my life revolves around making my clients healthier and happier.  I'm motivated every day by people who seek out the knowledge to live a healthier lifestyle.

In my personal training sessions, we will be constantly changing the workouts and challenging the body.  Sessions include instruction in strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility, functional movement and stability.  I am here to assist and instruct my clients and make their gym experience positive, active and worthwhile.  Let me help you change your life!
