Growing up and schooling in Zimbabwe, an active lifestyle was almost always expected. I used to play a number of sports, but mainly hockey, squash, soccer and swimming. Being interested in the human anatomy, fitness and nutrition, I decided to pursue personal training as I study so I can use my knowledge to help others achieve their fitness goals and be successful and consistent with their lifestyle changes.

I believe that callisthenic training should be including in everyone's training as it incorporates aspects of body weight and flexibility training which results in overall improved health.
