MEGHA'S APPROACH
When I first joined the Y, my only goal was to get fit. After taking group classes and talking to fellow members, I fell in love with the Y community. Doing Zumba with my friends let me relax and forget about my worries. On top of that, exercise allowed me to connect with my mind & body, inspiring me to expand my knowledge of physical fitness. I studied and got certified to help other members reach their fitness goals. I want all of my clients to know that it doesn’t matter where or when you start training, consistency is the key to improvement.
My goal as a Personal Trainer is to design and implement personalized fitness programs according to my clients’ specific goals, including weight loss, muscle gain and overall health improvement.
