MIKE'S APPROACH

As a child, I was very active and always involved in sports and various recreational activities. This active lifestyle led to an interest in health and fitness as an adult. For most of my working career, I have been employed in the medical field, first as a Biomedical Technician, then as a Registered Medical Assistant.

My experiences in patient care allowed me to understand how important exercise, good nutrition and mental attitude are, not only for recovery, but also for maintaining optimal health.

As a personal trainer, certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, my focus is on creating unique, personalized exercise plans that target an individuals's physical, nutritional and motivational needs. I also have substantial experience leading fun and effective High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Timed Circuit and Over-40 workout classes.

Let's get stronger together!
