I have been a personal trainer for 4 years. I began working out in High School to help improve my performance in sports. However, it improved more than just that. I quickly realized how much of an impact it had on my whole self. My confidence grew and it made me feel better overall. I am currently in school for psychology and my dream is to merge my fitness expertise with my mental health education to utilize fitness as a tool to help people in the same way that it has helped me.

I specialize in calisthenics, or body weight exercise. Your body is the world’s most perfect gym. You’ll be surprised by what your body is capable of and how you can use it to reach your goals, and you’ll do it all while having fun! Creating both effective and fun training plans for my clients is my biggest priority, so you’ll never forget to smile!
